Policies

Booking Policies

Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours incur half the session fee. Within 12 hours, the full session fee applies. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are free.

Package Terms

Packages are billed upfront and include priority access to scheduling. 6-session packages are valid for 3 months; 12-session packages are valid for 6 months. Unused sessions within the validity period are refundable at the package rate paid. The cancellation policy above applies to each individual session. Reach out to purchase a package.
