New families begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
Students who want a consistent time may reserve a standing weekly slot through monthly prepayment at the standard hourly rate. This holds a recurring time for families who want continuity.
- Billed monthly in advance at the standard hourly rate
- Holds the same weekly time for as long as the slot is maintained
- With 48 hours' notice, one missed session per month may be rescheduled or rolled over for up to 30 days
Booking Policies
Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours incur half the session fee. Within 12 hours, the full session fee applies. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are free. For a reserved weekly slot, this applies to each individual session.
